Q: What does your company do?

Our companies main focus is making sure you have a healthy and clean living environment. We clean and remove mold, as well as prevent mold formation after a water loss.

Q: What services do you offer?

We specialize in sewage removal, water extraction, water damage restoration and mold remediation.

Q: Where are you located?

Our office is located at 24125 111th St, #600 Naperville, IL 60564. On the corner of Rt 59 and 111th St.

Q: I want to book you guys, when are you available?

We work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for non emergency work and seven days a week, 24 hours a day for emergencies such as a flooded basement.

Q: How soon can you arrive?

Our typical response time is within an hour or two for emergency work. During major storm events where the entire town floods, our response can be a little delayed but usually we can be there same day.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and checks.
Q: What if I’m not happy with your service?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you’re not happy with any of our work please let our office know and we will be glad to send someone back out to fix whatever you would like!
