Sofas, sectionals, dining chairs, ottomans. Color-safe extraction sized to fabric type — natural fiber, synthetic, leather, microfiber.

Oriental, Persian, wool, silk, synthetic. Hand-cleaned in our facility when a rug is delicate or needs deep restoration; on-site for routine work.

What people ask before they book.
Do you pick rugs up, or clean them at my house?
Both. Routine synthetic rugs are usually cleaned on-site. Delicate pieces — oriental, Persian, wool, silk — come back to our facility for hand cleaning and controlled drying, then we return them.
Does tile and grout cleaning include sealing?
Sealing is applied where the surface needs it after high-pressure extraction lifts the buildup out of the grout lines. We'll tell you during the walk-through whether yours does.
What do you use on hardwood and other hard floors?
The method matched to the floor — hardwood, laminate, LVP, and stone each get their own process. We don't run the same machine over every surface.
Do you do recurring commercial cleaning?
Yes — scheduled maintenance contracts for offices, lobbies, and retail, with the same crew week to week. One walk-through sets the scope and the schedule.
