- Can my spouse / family member access it?
- Yes — forward them the link. The portal is privately keyed but the link itself is shareable with anyone in your household.
- Will my information be safe?
- Yes. The link is private, hard-to-guess, and tied to your specific job. We don’t publish it anywhere.
- What if my job is closed — do I lose access?
- No. Past jobs stay in your portal indefinitely. Use it for taxes, an appraisal, or just to find an old receipt.
- Can my adjuster see the portal?
- If you choose. The portal also exports clean PDF packets you can send to anyone — adjuster, agent, attorney.
