Tell us what happened.
We’ll be on site in 60–90 minutes.
Two ways to reach EcoClean. The phone gets a person on the line right now, day or night. The form gets you a callback within the hour. If water is coming in, call.
A project manager walks through the damage.
No call center, no pressure pitch. A project manager walks the property, scopes the damage, and hands you a free written estimate. Nothing starts until you approve the scope and the price — no surprise invoices.
You’ll only have to call once.
“Our basement flooded on a Sunday night and EcoClean was there within two hours. They handled extraction, drying, and the entire insurance paperwork. I never had to chase anyone.”
“Found mold in the crawlspace two weeks after a slow leak under the kitchen sink. EcoClean was out the next morning, sealed it off, pulled the bad insulation, and walked us through the report for our insurer. No surprises. No upsells.”
“Burst pipe — they got us dry in 48 hours and rebuilt the whole basement. Insurance worked smoothly because of their documentation. Owner followed up personally after we moved back in.”
Common questions.
Most of what people want to know before they pick up the phone. If your situation isn’t here, call — we’ll tell you straight.
How fast can you actually be on site?
60–90 minutes across Chicago and all surrounding suburbs, day or night. A project manager arrives first, the inspection is free, and work starts only after you approve the scope. We don’t schedule emergencies for tomorrow.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We bill your insurance company directly, help you file the claim, and meet your adjuster on site. Our documentation comes in the format insurance companies ask for, and the claim stays in your name. Most homeowners never pay more than their deductible.
Will you tear up my walls just to look?
No. We map moisture with thermal imaging before opening anything. Demo only happens where the data says it needs to.
Do you handle the rebuild too?
Yes. The same team takes you from mitigation through reconstruction — drywall, paint, flooring, finish — on one schedule.
What if I’m not sure I should file a claim?
Whether to file is your call — coverage is between you and your insurance company. Our estimate is free and in writing, so you can weigh our price against your deductible before you decide.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed and insured. IICRC-certified technicians — water, fire, and mold.
