Program description

EcoClean sends text messages to customers who have voluntarily opted in for service-request follow-up, appointment coordination, project updates, and review requests after a job. Consent is not required to request service or to purchase services from EcoClean.

How to opt in

Opt-in happens when you check the optional SMS consent box on an EcoClean website form (for example the contact or emergency request form). The box is unchecked by default and clearly states what the program covers, message frequency, rates, and opt-out instructions before you submit.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your project and any review requests after the job. Typical usage is a handful of messages during an active project.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any text message from EcoClean to opt out. Once you opt out you will receive a single confirmation message, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Supported carriers

EcoClean’s SMS program runs over the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
